Composition:

• cylindrical bollard realized in galvanized steel Fe 360B (diameter mm 210, height mm 500, thickness mm 6) with luminous system in the top part;
• circular ground plate realized in EN-GJL-200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561 standard (diameter mm 340);
• lifting system with reversible gearmotor totally waterproofing (IP 67) and complete of electric brake which can unlock the bollard during a blackout;
• cylindrical container realized in hot galvanized steel Fe 360B (diameter mm 360, height mm 915).

Finish:

the cast iron components undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping inwater soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron) minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers; the steel parts undergo a treatment of hot galvanization and finishing with a special paint to guarantee a big superficial smoothness for the external function.
