Saint-Gobain Gyproc is an Abu-Dhabi based building products manufacturer providing complete drylining solutions to the construction sector.

Established in the region since 2005, Gyproc opened its $60 million state-of-the-art plasterboard manufacturing plant in April 2010. From this base the company serves the entire Middle East with plasterboard, metal framing, screws, jointing tapes and compounds, gypsum plasters, perforated acoustic boards and tiles, access panels and a range of other products. These products, along with Gyproc’s complete drylining systems, are tested to internationally recognised standards.

Innovation is also core to the business with over 100 new products added to the range in recent years with an ongoing launch plan. In 2010, Gyproc also launched the SpecSure system warranty which guarantees the performance of Gyproc’s systems.

To support the industry Gyproc provides architects and consultants with tailored drylining solutions that are lighter and easier to install, but achieve superior levels of fire, acoustic, impact and moisture performance, compared to traditional blockwork methods of construction. This early design involvement can provide significant cost savings and translates to time savings on site. During construction they support contractors with installation guidance and training as well as technical assistance for complicated design details.
