Helping to create beautiful bathrooms and washrooms, Sanipex Group is a supplier to the prestigious Blue Waters Island in Dubai, with its products being chosen for the resort’s retail units, residential apartments and family hotel.
Situated off the coast of Jumeirah Beach, near Dubai Marina, Blue Waters Island includes retail, residential, hospitality and entertainment zones in a project costing more than £1bn (6 billion Dhs).
Sanipex Group were able to more than meet the brief of this demanding project, with varied requirements for many of the venues featuring on Blue Water Islands, thanks to its own in-house brands and work with industry-leading supply partners. Sanipex was therefore able to offer specifiers a wide portfolio of bathroom and plumbing solutions, from brands including BAGNODESIGN and AQUAZONE to create luxurious bathroom spaces for the resort’s residential and retail units, plus the family hotel.
Products featuring within the development include Corsair ceramics, Savoia brassware, X10 ceramics and Smooth accessories by BAGNODESIGN. “With such a large and complex project, it was essential that we were able to meet not only the varying requirements in terms of products, but also could offer exceptional levels of customer service in terms of stock availability, delivery and maintenance. This ensured the development met its timescale deadlines and gave the designers a reliable point of contact throughout the project,” commented Guy Wilson, Managing Director Projects at Sanipex Group.
