Techno-mix Sanitary FZCO, a member of IKK Group take much pleasure to announce as it has been recently awarded as ISO 9001-2008 and ISO 10002-2004 certified company.
In our quest to constantly improve delivery standard both internal and external, ISO certification is an important benchmark to officially state that we work in accordance of international standard requirements.
The ISO measures an organization’s dedication to ensure their process-based system, monitors critical areas of business such as the satisfaction of their customers, the consistent high performance measures of ensuring accurate, high quality products which meet the requirements of their customers.
Techno-Mix have undergone through various audits during the certification process which included quality assessment, work hierarchy, work ethics, company management, inventory assessment and many more.
After the audits were complete, Techno-Mix was assessed on various compliance parameters which we passed through flying colors.
It was indeed, a tough month for Techno-Mix Sanitary FZCO, especially on Techno-Mix appointed representative for ISO implementation, Mr. Yahya Zarka, facing real challenges on various audits but, it turns out to be a satisfactory month after all, as we were found to be compliant on almost all parameters and it did not require much effort to fulfill the remaining compliance requirements.
Getting certified is not all, but only a stepping stone as Techno-Mix Sanitary FZCO will be required to maintain our quality standards and our company will be assessed regularly to ensure that we meet all quality standards.
