A year of high profile luxury hotel projects for Hansgrohe

It was an exciting year regionally in the hospitality sector, with a raft of fabulous new 5-star hotel projects coming to completion.
The UAE led the way in 2016 with some truly outstanding new properties – several of whom opted to install products by German luxury bathroom fittings specialist Hansgrohe, along with its interior design solution arm Axor.
“We have been delighted to see our products embraced by the most exciting new hotel projects in the region, which are now coming to the fore,“ said Markus Singler, Managing Director at Hansgrohe Middle East. “It was a fantastic year for Hansgrohe Middle East and there are some equally impressive plans in the pipeline for 2017.“
In the meantime, here are some of the company‘s hospitality project highlights from 2016:
Nikki Beach
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is located on the waterfront of Pearl Jumeirah, allowing guests to enjoy the Arabian Gulf’s blue waters and stunning panoramic views from almost every corner of the property. A collection of 117 rooms and suites, as well as 15 ultra-deluxe villas and 63 lifestyle residence units, await the most discerning world travellers. The 5-star Dubai lifestyle beachfront resort will feature spectacular views over the Arabian Gulf and of the awe-inspiring Dubai skyline, with unique in-room features such as a bespoke entertainment wall, MyBar, mood light system, and oversized bathrooms.

Bulgari Island
Bulgari Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Dubai-based real estate development company Meraas Holding for a new hotel in Dubai to be opened in 2017. The luxury hotel will be the world's fifth Bulgari Hotels and Resorts property. Designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, it will be located on the exclusive Jumeirah Bay Island, off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Road, sculpted in the shape of a titanic seahorse. The luxury marine 1.7 million sq ft. complex will be framed by lush landscaped gardens and defined by 100 rooms and suites, 20 residential villas, and a marina – all accompanied by a full range of luxury amenities.

Jewel Of The Creek
“Jewel of the Creek” is one of the most prestigious projects in Dubai. The masterplan is designed with respect to the location which reflects waves and the steady movement of the Creek. The heart of the development is the hospitality island. This mixed-use complex is comprised of a residential and office development, including marina and waterfront restaurants, convention center with ballroom, recreation center, eight apartment buildings, four waterfront serviced apartment buildings, and three office towers – plus, a 5-star hotel and amenities which will be operated by RODA Hotels.

Sky View Towers
The Address Residences Sky View is a striking hotel, residence, and serviced apartment twin-tower complex. Designed by the architects of Burj Khalifa, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the property is set to become another compelling landmark in the city. The towers serve as a perfect complement to the thriving world-class lifestyle in Downtown Dubai, and will be linked directly to the Dubai Metro and The Dubai Mall via the air-conditioned travellator. W Dubai – The Palm
This luxury resort, situated on the Crescent of the Palm Jumeirah, is a world class hotel resort and residential complex with a spa, pool areas, water features and other amenities comprising of approximately 100,000 m sq of accommodation including 300 hotel rooms and 45 super luxury duplex, triplex apartments and penthouses. The undulating building form takes full advantage of the views in this unique location by opening up vistas to the waterfront and creating intimate court spaces along the water edge.
