Composition:

• bollard in EN-GJL-200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561 standard. The article is composed by: tapered shaft (lower diameter mm 60, upper diameter mm 50, height mm 670) resting on a circular riser (diameter mm 80, height mm 30), circular support (diameter mm 60, height mm 70) with opening to accomodate bars (diameter mm 40) and semispherical cap (diameter mm 50, height mm 30).

Finish:

the cast iron parts undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron), minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers.

Fixing:

the bollard continues for mm 180 into the foundation plinth.
