Composition:

• bollard realized in EN-GJL-200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561 standard. This article is composed by: octagonal plinth (key mm 270; height mm 80) with three grooves with octagonal profile, octagonal trunk (key mm 160, height mm 695) with two chain hooks (mm 50x50) and in the upper part a semi-spherical element with an octagonal profile resting on an octagonal riser. Bollard available fix with and without rings.

the cast iron parts undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron), minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers.

Fixing:

by anchorage for mm 180 into the foundation plinth.
