Composition:

• pole realized in galvanized steel Fe 360B (diameter mm 60, height mm 900);
• decorative sphere (diameter mm 90) realized in EN-GJL-200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561 standard;
• little base realized in EN-GJL-200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561 standard (lower diameter mm 85, upper diameter mm 80, height mm 60). Bollard available fix and removable with and without rings.

the cast iron parts undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water
soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc
phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron
grey (min. thickness 200 microns), minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers; the steel components undergo a treatment of galvanization, powdercoated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron).

Fixing:

the pole continues for mm 300 into the foundation plinth.
