Composition:

• bollard realized in EN-GJL-200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561 standard. This article is composed: octagonal base (key mm 215, height mm 20), octagonal plinth (key mm 145; height 40) with a series of 3 anchor rings mounted above (diameter mm 130, height mm 25; diameter mm 120, height mm 10; diameter mm 115, height mm 10), tapered shaft (lower diameter mm 100, upper diameter mm 70, height mm 415) with 8 vertical grooves, cylindrical support (diameter mm 115, height mm 100) with two chain hooks (mm 40x40) and, in the upper part, a decorative sphere (diameter mm 150).

the cast iron parts undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron), minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers.

Fixing:

by anchorage for mm 180 into the foundation plinth.
