terminal sphere (diameter mm 80) joined at the pole top by a male/female connecting system;
bin in galvanized steel Fe 360B (thickness mm 1, diameter mm 300, height mm 530, capacity l. 35) with three rings of clover shaped perforations with opening system;
cap in aluminium cast shaped top cover attached to the bin with a hinge and locked with a triangular key (which can be opened to introduce the rubbish height mm 150); at the top of the cover there is a round ash-tray in steel (diameter mm 100);
"L" shaped bracket support for the bin in EN-GJL-200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561 standard (extension mm 215, height mm 160);
name plate in galvanized steel positioned on the bin (mm 169x148hx1) for the name or Coat of Arms of the city (on request and for minimum 100 pieces).
Finish:
the cast iron components undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers; the steel components undergo a treatment of galvanization, are powder coated and kiln enamelled. in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 microns); the aluminium parts undergo treatment of phosphatization, degreasing and are powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron).
Fitting:
the supporting pole extends for mm 200 into the foundation plinth.
