Composition:

- supporting pole in EN-GJL-200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561 standard, with tapered shaft, eight decorative vertical grooves;

  • decorative dodecagonal element (key mm 80) fixed to the pole by steel screws with at the top with a decorative sphere (diameter mm 70);
  • bin in galvanized steel Fe 360B (thickness mm 1, diameter mm 300, height mm 530, capacity l. 35) with three rows of clover shaped perforations;
  • EN-GJL-200 cast iron bracket in Liberty style, to support the bin (extension mm 215, height mm 160);
  • EN-GJL-200 cast iron hook fixed to the support pole by stainless steel screws;
  • name plate in galvanized steel positioned on the bin (mm 169x148h) for the name or Coat of Arms of the city (on request and for minimum 100 pieces).

    • Finish:

    the cast iron components undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron) minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers; the steel components undergo a treatment of galvanization, are powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron).

    Fitting:

    the supporting pole continues for mm 180 into the ground.
