The Address: The Boulevard - Dubai
The project involves construction of a 5 star hotel building which will be 340 meters high comprising a ground floor and 72 additional floors offering 200 hotel rooms and 542 serviced residences located at Downtown Dubai.
Knauf has been specified and supplying EN BS for around 300, 000 Sqm of boards for drywall partitions, wall linings with our Pro HD board [High density Impact resistant board] and ceiling system. Knauf supplies are going full swing on this project.
Habtoor Palace Project - Dubai
The project involves construction of a largest integrated hotel complex in Middle East consisting of 3 hotel towers sharing 5 common podium levels, with tower 1 called St. Regis comprising a ground floor and 6 additional floors, Tower 2 known as Westin Hotel will comprise a ground floor and 37 additional floors and Tower 3 will be W hotel formerly known as Fashion hotel will consists of a ground floor and 27 additional floors.
The project will also include a 1400 seat Las Vegas-style “aqua” theater comprising 3 basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floors and a large car park with the capacity to accommodate 2290 cars. The 3 hotels will have in total 1623 units and 27,000 square meters of Provencal’s - style gardens.
Knauf has been specified and supplying EN BS 600,000m2 of boards for drywall Partitions, wall linings, ceiling and shaft wall systems on this project.
