The common way of treating air in Ventilation is to distribute air by ducts and control the airflow by Volume Dampers and then distribute it through the air outlets, grilles, diffusers, etc.
As discuss in a previous article (Balancing Air flow), Aldes proposed modern solutions for airflow control – Constant Airflow Regulator. This product will really make our life easier – as it is preset in the factory and does not required any balancing on-site.
Regarding Air outlets, Aldes proposed Self Balanced Grille – that consists of Constant Airflow Regulator and the Grille. As a result we will get all the advantages of the Constant Airflow Regulator as it will be integrated in the Grille, plus we will get some additional benefits:
- No balancing required,
- Easy access to the damper through the face of the grille – no access door required,
- Faster installation as two products become integrated in one,
- Easy maintenance as face of the grille can be removed and cleaned,
- Innovative solutions in terms of interior design,
- Wall and ceiling installation.
As one of the biggest references in the market, Aldes supplied Self Balanced grille to Jabal Omar project in Mecca, KSA.
As one of the oldest references in the market, Aldes supplied Self Balance grille to Sharjah Grand hotel in 1997.
