Composition:

• base in EN-GJL-200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561 standard (max diameter mm 620, min diameter mm 445, height mm 115) with acanthus leaf decoration;
• central drum in galvanized steel Fe 360B (thickness mm 1, diameter mm 440, height mm 700, capacity lt 110) bolted to the base with four M10 stainless steel bolts, to guarantee maximum stability. The drum is divided vertically in two halves, the frontal half acting as a door (supported by two hidden steel hinges) for insertion of rubbish bags;
• fixed band (diameter mm 460, height mm 60) with acanthus leaf decoration, placed around the upper rim of the drum;
• convex shaped cover in cast aluminium (thickness mm 15; height mm 150) positioned mm 130 above the drum, elevated by a support in galvanized steel Fe 360B;
• screw-in decorative pommel in cast brass (diameter mm 40) positioned at the centre of the cover;
• internal bin in steel (diameter mm 315, height mm 650) with two holes (mm 95x40h) with round borders and rubber garnish anti cutting.
• name plate in galvanized steel positioned on the bin (mm 169x148h) for the name or Coat of Arms of the city (on request and for minimum 100 pieces).

Finish:

the cast iron components undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 microns) minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers; the steel components undergo a treatment of galvanization, are powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron).
