G-CONCEPT

No meat wasted, no time wasted.

G-Concept is the refrigeration system designed for ideal meat preservation, equipped with an on-board glycol system.

The relative humidity inside the unit remains constantly within an extremely narrow range, while the temperatures measured by the various probes, arranged on the display surface according to regulations, show a linear trend over time.


G-CONCEPT

Less weight loss, less work.

The meat does not dry out: thanks to the particularly low level of ventilation and optimal control of humidity and temperature, the weight loss of the meat is 50% less than with a normal ventilated counter. This means you can save an average of €9,000 in a year.

In addition, thanks to G-Concept technology, meat can stay in the counter overnight without any problems, saving around 720 working hours or €14,400 each year."
