Composition:

• external circular structure realized in galvanized steel Fe 360B and composed by 21 vertical sheets with hyperbolic contour and united each other by 4 cross-sectional elements;
• cylinder realized in galvanized sheet steel Fe 360B (diameter mm 300, height mm 570, thickness mm 1) topped with an element realized in sheet steel (thickness mm 1) and bended as the external circular structure (lower diameter mm 300, upper diameter mm 500, height mm 230);
• inner cylindrical bin in galvanized sheet steel, with two handles for easy extraction (diameter mm 270, height mm 485);
• circular plate realized in EN–GJL–200 cast iron according to UNI EN 1561 standard.

Finish:

the cast iron parts undergo a treatment of sandblasting, dipping in water soluble zinc phosphate primer, spray painted using the same zinc phosphate primer, epoxy powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron), minimum guarantee 2000 hours in salt spray chambers; the steel components undergo a treatment of galvanization, are powder coated and kiln enamelled in cast iron grey (min. thickness 200 micron).

Fitting:

the base is equipped to be anchored to the ground by means of anchor bolts.
